1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of xyclonesolutions.com (the "site"), operated by Xyclone Solutions LLC ("Xyclone," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes what Xyclone does and how to get in touch with us. It is informational.
Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract, a quote, or a commitment to perform work. Descriptions of services, packages, and deliverables are general descriptions, not guarantees of what any specific project will include.
3. Our services are governed by a separate agreement
If you hire us, the work will be governed by a written proposal or services agreement signed by both of us. That agreement — not this website — defines the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, confidentiality obligations, and everything else about the engagement.
Requesting a consultation through our form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or an obligation on either side.
4. Consultations and inquiries
We offer a free initial consultation. That conversation is exactly that — a conversation. It doesn't obligate you to hire us or us to take the project.
When you submit our contact form:
- Provide accurate information. We rely on it to prepare for the conversation.
- Do not send confidential files, client records, or sensitive personal information through the form. After our first conversation, we'll send you secure file-sharing instructions.
- Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.
5. The examples shown on this site
Our site shows dashboards, spreadsheets, and before-and-after examples to illustrate the kind of work we do. These use masked or demonstration data. They are not real client records, and the figures in them are illustrative — not benchmarks, promises, or predictions of what your business will see.
6. No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about data organization, reporting, and analytics. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or any data
- Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or contact information from the site through automated means

9. Anything you send us
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our site or services, we may use them without any obligation to you. This doesn't apply to your business data or project files, which are covered by our Privacy Policy and by our services agreement — those remain yours.
10. Links to other sites
We may link to websites we don't control. Those links aren't endorsements, and we're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
11. Availability
We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xyclone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xyclone Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site — whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we've been advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
This section applies to your use of the website. Liability relating to services we perform for a client is addressed in the services agreement for that engagement.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xyclone Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
15. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and it takes effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Xyclone regarding your use of this site. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
